By using the Basecamp Charity website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Mission use of funds

Donations are applied to the program you select, or to our general emergency response when a program is overfunded or closed. We may reallocate funds within a related relief effort when operational needs require it, and we will reflect totals in our public audit.

Donation payments

Donations are processed through Stripe Checkout. A donation is recorded as paid only after Stripe confirms payment (via webhook). Pending or canceled checkouts are not counted in the public audit totals.

Accuracy of content

We work to keep program descriptions and impact figures current. Information may change as field conditions evolve, especially during active emergencies.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, or submit false information. We may refuse or remove submissions that appear fraudulent or abusive.
